Return And Refund Policy
We at Yadgar fashion aim at customer satisfaction, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 1Day of receiving the item To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sale items
only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly. However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply accordingly. Furthermore, Yadgar fashion holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@yadgarfashion.com
Shipping
you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive are refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- 3. The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days.
- 4. During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume.

- 1. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
- 2. You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email.
